Position: IT Sourcer/Sourcing Specialist Location: Lakdikapool, Hyderabad
Day Shift
Note: Will prefer MCA/B.Tech (C.S.E)/ B.SC (C.S.E)/IT ** (Any computer degree would be added advantage)
Job Description:
* Sourcing/Screening the resumes as per the client’s requisition.
* Mentoring the usage of various tools for sourcing including, but not limited to various paid and free Job boards, network and search Portals.
* Define, develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet the staffing requirements.
Desired Profile:
1. 0-6 months of experience in recruiting consultants, ideally on IT technologies in domestic market. (Fresher’s are also welcome)
2. We expect the ideal candidate to be innovative and be capable of thinking out of the box.
3. Good understanding of IT Technologies.
4. Self disciplined with a positive attitude. Interested Candidates can attend from Monday to Friday in between 3:00 PM to 06:00 PM (IST) to the following address. Saturday – 11:00 Noon to 3:00 PM WALK-IN ADDRESS:
