Job Summary:
Inbound customer services which would cater largely to Customers Enquiry, Requests and Complaints.
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
Listening to and understanding the customers requirements.
Provide product / service details & benefits to Customers.
Using front end empowerment tools like CRM, Website as authorized to provide correct information.
Capture correct information where ever required.
Staying current with knowledge of products/ processes & services offered by the client.
Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters.
Cooperate with other Team members, SMEs and Team Leaders.
Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
Escalating the call to the team leader / manager, wherever desired.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications : Minimum +2 passed with 6months of Exp or a Graduate.
Experience : 0-1 years experience in the BPO field. Freshers can also apply.
Experience in customer care / handling customers in a BPO will be an added advantage.
Age : Above 18 years.
Attributes : Good Typing Skills (preferably >= 20 wpm), adept at operating computers & familiarity with Internet is desired.
Key Competencies: Good communication skills, have pleasing telephone etiquettes, Customer focus, and willingness to learn.
