Job Purpose:

Achieves MedPlus India objectives by providing excellent customer service.


Job Summary:

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Make out bound calls for order processing or for resolving queries. Reply to emails from customers.


Job Description:


Answer phones professionally


Respond to customer inquiries


Research required information using available resources


Handle and resolve customer complaints


Provide customers with product and service information


Process orders, forms and applications


Identify and escalate priority issues


Route calls to appropriate resource


Follow up customer calls where necessary

Proficient in relevant computer applications

With or without experience in a call center environment
