నల్సార్ న్యాయవిద్యాలయం విద్యార్ది ని శంసాబాద్ పోలీనసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. బెంగళూర్ నుంచి హైదరాబాద్ కు ఇండిగో విమానం లో వస్తున్న ప్రణవ్ అగర్వాల్ విమానంలో వున్న ఎయిర్ హోస్టెస్ ను పలుమార్లు అనుచితంగా ముట్టుకున్నాడు. ప్రణవ్ చేష్టలను ఆమె మొదట లైట్ గా తీసుకుంది. దాంతో మరింత రెచ్చిపోయిన ప్రణవ్ ఆమెను తన మోబైల్ ఫోన్ లో రహస్యంగా వీడియో తీయడం మొదలెట్టాడు. దాంతో ఎయిర్ హోస్టెస్ గ్రౌండ్ అధికారులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది. దాంతో శంషాబాద్ లో విమానం దిగగానే పోలీసులు ప్రణవ్ ను ఆదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు.

జాతీయ రహదారి భద్రతా బిల్లుకు వ్యతిరేకంగా తలపెట్టిన సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెతో సెప్టెంబర్ 2న (బుధవారం) నగరంలో సిటీబస్సులు, ఆటోలు పూర్తిగా నిలిచిపోనున్నాయి. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా జరుగనున్న ఈ సమ్మెను నగరంలో విజయవంతం చేసేందుకు మెజారిటీ ఆర్టీసీ, ఆటో కార్మిక సంఘాలు సన్నద్ధమయ్యాయి. దీంతో గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ లోని 3,800 సిటీ బస్సులు, 1.20 లక్షలకు పైగా ఆటో రిక్షాలు తిరిగే అవకాశం లేదు. ఆర్టీసీ ప్రధాన కార్మిక సంఘాలైన ఎంప్లాయీస్ యూనియన్, తెలంగాణ మజ్దూర్ యూనియన్ లు సమ్మెలో పాల్గొంటున్నట్టు తెలిపింది. దీంతో రేపు రవాణా వ్యవస్థ పూర్తిగా స్తంభించనుంది.
సమ్మెకు ఆర్టీసీలోని వామపక్ష యూనియన్లతో పాటు తెలంగాణ మజ్దూర్ యూనియన్ తదితరాలు సంపూర్ణ మద్దతు ప్రకటించాయి. తెలంగాణ మజ్దూర్ యూనియన్ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి అశ్వథ్థామరెడ్డి ఒక ప్రకటనలో పిలుపునిచ్చారు. గ్రేటర్‌లోని ఆటో సంఘాల జేఏసీ, క్యాబ్స్ అసోసియేషన్ సమ్మెలో పాల్గొంటున్నట్లు ప్రకటించాయి. ఒక్క భారతీయ మజ్దూర్ సంఘం మినహా అన్ని యూనియన్లు సమ్మెకు మద్దతు ప్రకటించాయి. ఒక్కరోజు సమ్మె కావడంతో ఆర్టీసీ ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఏర్పాట్లపై దృష్టి సారించలేదు. ఈ సమ్మెకు పలు విద్యుత్ యూనియన్లు, తెలంగాణ ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలు మద్దతు ప్రకటించాయి. బుధవారం రోజున ఉద్యోగులు నల్లబ్యాడ్జీలు ధరించి, మధ్యాహ్న భోజన విరామ సమయంలో ధర్నాలు నిర్వహించాలని తెలంగాణ ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల జేఏసీ పిలుపు నిచ్చింది. సమ్మెలో భాగంగా బాగ్ లింగంపల్లి సుందరయ్య పార్కు నుంచి ఇందిరా పార్కు వరకు భారీ ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు ఆటో సంఘాల నేతలు బి.వెంకటేశ్, ఎ.సత్తిరెడ్డి, నరేందర్ తదితరులు తెలిపారు. ఆటో కార్మికుల కోసం ప్రత్యేక సంక్షేమ బోర్డును ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని… ఈ చలానాలు రద్దు చేయాలని వారు డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

రముఖ ఐటి కంపెనీ ఇన్ఫోసిస్‌ ఉద్యోగాలు పంట పండించనుంది. బెంగుళూరులో మూడు క్యాంపస్‌లు ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యటం ద్వారా 27 వేల ఉద్యోగాలను సృష్టించనుంది. దీని కోసం 1,918 కోట్ల రూపాయలను వ్యయం చేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది. వీటిలో ఒక క్యాంపస్‌ను ఎలక్ట్రానిక్‌ సిటీలో, మరో రెండింటిని దక్షిణ బెంగళూరులోని కొన్నప్ప ఆగ్రహారలో నిర్మించనుంది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి సిద్ధారామయ్య అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన స్టేట్‌ లెవల్‌ క్లియరెన్స్‌ కమిటీ దీనికి అనుమతి ఇచ్చింది. మూడు క్యాంపస్‌ల నిర్మాణం ద్వారా వేలాది ఉద్యోగాలు వస్తాయని సిఎం చెప్పారు. కొన్నప్ప ఆగ్రహారలోని క్యాంపస్‌కు ఇన్ఫోసిస్‌ 625 కోట్ల రూపాయలను పెట్టుబడి పెడుతుందన్నారు. దీని ద్వార 8వేల500 ఉద్యోగాలు వస్తాయని తెలిపారు. అదే ప్రాంతంలో సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ టెక్నాలజీ పార్క్‌ని 1,079 కోట్ల రూపాయలతో నెలకొల్పటానికి ప్రణాళికలు రచిస్తుందని తెలిపారు. దీని ద్వార 15వేల మంది ప్రత్యక్షంగా ఉపాధి పొందుతారన్నారు. ఎలక్ట్రానిక్‌ సిటీలోని ప్రాజెక్ట్‌లో 3,500 ఉద్యోగాలు వస్తాయని సిద్ధారామయ్య చెప్పారు.

రోజంతా కంప్యూటర్ ముందే కూర్చుంటున్నారా?

 

రోజంతా ఆఫీసులో కంప్యూటర్ ముందు కూర్చుని పనిచేయడం, ఇంటికి వచ్చాక టీవీకి అతుక్కుపోవడం లేదా ల్యాప్ టాప్ ముందుకు కూర్చునే వారి సంఖ్య ఎక్కువే. అయితే ఈ విధంగా గంటల తరబడి కంప్యూటర్లు, టీవీల ముందు కూర్చోవడం వలన చిన్న వయసులోనే కళ్ల సమస్యలు ఏర్పడతాయి. కంప్యూటర్ నుంచి వెలువడే పవర్ వలన కళ్ల చూపు మందగించే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. కనుక కళ్ల కోసం కొంత టైమ్ కేటాయించాలి.

కళ్ల సమస్యలు దరిచేరకుండా ఉండాలంటే కళ్లకు అప్పుడప్పుడు కాస్తంత విశ్రాంతిని ఇస్తూ, చిన్న పాట వ్యాయామాలు చేయడం మంచిది. అవి ఎలా చేయాలంటే. రెండు అరచేతుల్ని కలిపి రుద్దితే కొన్ని నిమిషాలకు వేడెక్కుతాయి. వాటిని కళ్లపై ఉంచండి. ఇలా చేస్తున్నప్పుడు కళ్లు తెరవకూడదు. కళ్లపై వెలుతురు పడకూడదు. ఇలా రోజులో కుదిరినప్పుడల్లా చేసి చూడండి. కళ్లకు హాయిగా అనిపిస్తుంది.

 

కంప్యూటరుపై పనిచేసే వారిలో చాలా మంచి కనీసం రెండు నిమిషాలు కూడా కళ్లు మూసి తెరవరు. దాంతో కళ్లు అలసిపోతుంటాయి. ఇలాంటి వారు తరచూ కనురెప్పల్ని మూసి తెరవడం ఓ అలవాటుగా మార్చుకోవాలి. ఇలా ఎన్ని ఎక్కువ సార్లు చేస్తే అంత మంచిది.

 

కంప్యూటరు ఎదురుగా కూర్చుని పనిచేసే వారు దూరంగా ఉండేవి చూడటంలో ఇబ్బందిపడతారు. దాన్ని అధిగమించాలంటే ప్రతి అర గంటకోసారి ఐదు సెకన్లు దూరంగా ఉండే వస్తువుల్ని చూడాలి. ఇది కళ్లకెంతో మేలు చేస్తుంది. ఇక కళ్లు బాగా అలసిపోయినట్లు అనిపిస్తుంటే, కాసిని నీళ్లు జిలకరించుకోండి. లేదా చన్నీళ్లతో కళ్లను తుడుచుకోండి. దీన్ని కళ్లపై ఉన్న ఒత్తిడిపోయి తాజాగా మారతాయి.

 

సౌకర్యంగా కూర్చుని చేతి బొటనవేలిని కంటికెదురుగా పెట్టుకుని దాన్న చూడాలి. తరువాత వేలిని దూరంగా ఉంచి మళ్లీ దృష్టిని దానిపై నిలపాలి. ఇలా కొన్ని నిమిషాలు చేస్తే కళ్లకు విశ్రాంతి లభిస్తుంది. ఈ విధంగా చేయడం వలన కళ్ల చూపు సమస్యలు దరిచేరవని వైద్య నిపుణులు తేల్చి చెబుతున్నారు.

వృద్దాప్యాన్ని నివారించేవి..

 

1. ద్రాక్షపండ్లు
ద్రాక్షపండ్లు విటమిన్ ‘C’ లను అధికంగా కలిగి ఉంటాయి మరియు సూర్యరశ్మి వలన చర్మానికి కలిగే ప్రమాదాన్ని నివారిస్తాయి. ద్రాక్షపండ్లు విత్తనాల నుండి తయారు చేసిన రసంలో ‘ఎల్లాజిక్ ఆసిడ్’ మరియు ‘పూనిక్ ఎలాజిక్’లను కలిగి ఉంటుంది. ఇందులో ఉండే మొదటి ‘ఫాలిఫినాల్’ మూలకం శరీరంలో చేరిన ఫ్రీరాడికల్’లతో పోరాడుతుంది, రెండవది శరీరానికి అవసరం అయ్యే పోషకాలలో ముఖ్యమైనది మరియు శరీరంల్లో కోల్లాజన్ గ్రహించుటను అధికం చేస్తుంది, ఈ చర్మ కణాలలో మధ్య ఉండే కణాలు చర్మాన్ని సున్నితంగా, మృదువుగా ఉండేలా చేస్తాయి.

TSPSC Has Released Second Notification

 

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్(టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ) రెండో నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను విడుదల చేసింది. ఈసారి మూడు ప్రభుత్వశాఖల్లోని 563 మెకానికల్, సివిల్ క్యాటగిరీ ఖాళీల భర్తీకి ప్రకటన వెలువరించింది. శనివారం ఇచ్చిన ఈ ప్రకటన కమిషన్ వెబ్‌సైట్ (http://tspsc.gov.in)లో నోటిఫికేషన్ నంబరు 09/2015 పేరుతో అందుబాటులో ఉంది. మరోవైపు గ్రూప్స్ 1,2,3,4 పరీక్షల సిలబస్‌ను సోమవారం ప్రకటించనున్నట్టు తెలిసింది. కాగా రెండో నోటిఫికేషన్‌లోని ఉద్యోగాలకు శనివారంనుంచే ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించారు.దరఖాస్తులకు చివరి గడువు సెప్టెంబర్ 28గా పేర్కొన్నారు. పరీక్ష ఈ ఏడాది అక్టోబర్ 25న నిర్వహించే అవకాశం ఉంది. వారంరోజుల ముందు కమిషన్ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో హాల్‌టికెట్లు అందుబాటులో ఉంచుతారు. ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ టైప్‌లో నిర్వహించే ఈ పరీక్షను ఆన్‌లైన్ (కంప్యూటర్ ఆధారిత పరీక్షా విధానం-సీబీఆర్‌టీ) లేదా ఆఫ్‌లైన్ విధానంలో నిర్వహించే అధికారం కమిషన్‌కు ఉంటుంది. పోస్టులకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే అభ్యర్థులు ముందుగా వన్ టైం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్(ఓటీఆర్) విధానంలో వివరాలు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. ఇప్పటికే తమ వివరాలను నమోదు చేసుకున్న వారు తమ వివరాలతో లాగిన్ అయి దరఖాస్తు పూర్తిచేయాలి. ఆయా పోస్టులకు వేర్వేరుగా ఉన్న విద్యార్హతలను అభ్యర్థులు వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో ఉన్న నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో చూసుకోవచ్చు.

2. జిడ్డుగా ఉండే కాస్మొటిక్స్‌ చర్మ రంధ్రాలలో చిక్కుకుని బ్లాక్‌హెడ్స్‌ అనంతరం మొటిమలు రావడానికి కారణమవుతుంది.

3. ఒకవేళ జిడ్డు చర్మం ఉన్నట్టు అయితే సున్నితమైన క్లెన్సర్‌ను ఉపయోగించడం మంచిది.

4. పదే పదే సబ్బును ఉపయోగించి ముఖం కడగడం కన్నా క్లెన్సర్‌తో శుభ్రం చేసుకుని నీళ్ళతో కడిగేసుకుంటే ముఖం శుభ్రంగా ఉంటుంది. పదే పదే సబ్బును ఉపయోగిస్తే చర్మ కణాలు పాడయ్యే అవకాశముంటుంది.

9. బ్లాక్‌హెడ్స్‌ ఎక్కువగా ఉంటే కొంచెం తేనె తీసుకుని దానిని వేడి చేసి అవి ఉన్న ప్రాంతంలో రాసి పది నిమిషాల తర్వాత కడిగి వేయాలి. ఇది సహజమైన పీల్‌లా ఉపయోగపడి బ్లాక్‌హెడ్స్‌ తొలగిపోయేందుకు దోహదం చేస్తుంది.
